My name is Lara Bills and this is my 5th year to teach at Auburn and my 11th year of teaching. I teach 6th grade Social Studies and 6th grade Language Arts.

A little bit about me....My husband and I are Nashville natives and have been married for 24 years. We have 2 children, Sara Margaret and Calloway, and a sweet dog named Miss Dixie.  My daughter is a sophomore at Ole Miss and my son is a sophomore at South Warren. As a family, we enjoy attending Ole Miss football games and cheering for the Rebels! I love to travel abroad and have traveled to 16 countries and 4 continents. My dream trip is to travel to the Holy Lands and explore the Egyptian pyramids.

I have my Bachelor's degree from Abilene Christian University in Abilene, Texas and a Master's degree from Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee. I taught 6th and 7th grade for 6 years in Tennessee before taking many years off to stay at home with my children. I love teaching at Auburn!
